'The air conditioning piece is at you face level and blows hot air into your face all night. Wakes you up and very unpleasant. bedding is very poor No Duvet. Very cold. Sheets are terrible quality, polyester. '

'Sadly, Sorel is too expensive for what it is. It's obvious it used to be amazing but it's in need of a maintenance team and general refreshing. The rooms are clean but old. The hotel is seriously understaffed (one poor waiter in the restaurant) and the front desk staff is hit or miss. There are lightbulbs out all around the property and everything needs a fresh coat of paint. The daily expeditions, scenery and location of the hotel are great and why I'm giving the hotel 4 stars instead of 3....

'Mountainside is a great place to stay. The rooms are nice and place have great amenities. The only unfortunate part of this trip was lack of snow this year. As a result, lines were long and only a few lifts were open. Of course, nothing Mountainside could do. Hopefully, they get more snow soon. We love coming here and will continue to do so. '

We gave the pool 4 stars because it looked amazing, but it was always being enjoyed by lots of people and we didn’t end up getting in. '

'Accommodations for 16? No Problem! Traveling "by committee" with ages ranging from 2-85 yrs old can be challenging. This property provided great adult and kid spaces, comfortable sleeping areas - a well stocked kitchen and combined open area for dining and entertaining. We had great host communication - home was warm and welcoming as was the host. Loved this place and will return!
