Nice hotel. Loud street but room was clean and breakfast was good. Unfortunately when I tried to check out, they stated that Expedia never paid them and required a credit card. Now I have been charged twice with no way to dispute the charge. Would only recommend booking here if you don’t have to pay up front.

Hôtel situé dans la rue principale ,très commerçante. Chambre propre ,bonne literie . Vue de la chambre sur cour ,mais s'en doute plus calme. Personnel acceuillant et souriant.

The service from the concierge desk was excellent, and specifically the service from Ms. Valentina was very helpful. The downtown location is fabulous, the place is clean and well managed, with excellent English speakers. There is a wonderful tourist agency immediately next door, run by Ms. Sol during most days, and a superb restaurant named Chichos about a five-block-walk away

Only stayed for one night and met my expectations . Location is great with many restaurants and shops . A 5 min walk to the port of Ushuaia . We had a long day of traveling so having a nice , clean bed with a hot shower felt like luxury .

Hôtel bien centré dans la rue principale
L'architecture de l'hôtel est ancienne. Les chambres sont petites et l'aménagement est ancien, usé, La salle de bain est petite, le bidet pourrait être supprimé, il prend la place qui manque. Baignoire petite et installation sanitaire à restaurer . Pour une nuit au bout du monde, ça va, mais pas plus.

El pago fue por adelantado (y no al llegar al hotel). Ni bien llegamos, nos enteramos que "no teníamos incluido el desayuno". El personal nos advirtió ni bien llegamos, pero nosotros habíamos hecho la reserva por Expedia y especificaba que sí. Error involuntario. El desayuno nos lo cobraron 180 pesos por persona por día. Una locura, ya que no tenía otra cosa más de las comunes. No había platos calientes hasta donde puedo recordar. La habitación era chica y los productos del frigobar carísimos, pero el mayor problema era el baño, el cual era grande pero MUY MAL distribuido. Para acceder a la ducha tenías un espacio de 10 cm entre el videt y la pared de la bañera. La mampara de vidrio estaba del lado opuesto al videt, por lo que no se podía acceder fácilmente al interior de la bañera. Al salir, me encontré con, literalmente, todo el piso del baño mojado. La mampara no paraba el agua para que no salga de la bañera.

Excelente ubicacion, precio un poco alto.
Habitacion dentro de todo amplia. comodo y normal. me parecio un poco alto el precio para una habitacion p/2 pax. No teniamos opcion de desayuno en la reserva que hicimos por la web. Abajo tiene una pizzeria muy buena que pertenece al hotel. la zona donde esta ubicada es totalmete centrica cerca de restaurantes y bares. Volveriamos si promocionarian alguna oferta mejor...!

Hotel com excelente localização. Porém achei a tarifa muito cara, para que o hotel oferece. Quartos pequenos. Primeiro quanto fazia muito barulho por conta da exaustor da cozinha do hotel. Porém no dia seguinte consegui trocar e melhorou bastante.

O hotel está remodelado, portanto em boas condições. Entretanto, a estrutura era medíocre. Sua limpeza era aceitável. A calefação era MEGA MEGA MEGA forte. Mesmo com as reclamações, as orientações eram no sentido de se abrir as janelas, pois todos os quartos tinham esse problema. A localização era ótima. A internet era horrível. Caía toda hora. O café da manhã: péssimo. Fraquinho fraquinho. Assim, não indicaria esse hotel. Há lugares melhores no mesmo padrão de preço. Um adendo: os funcionários, nota 10. Todos extremamente atenciosos e amáveis.

Perfect location. Good price. BUT, noisy
this hotel is perfectly located right in the main street (san martin). You will find everything within walking distance. However, there is NO A/C in the room. You will have to rely on the hotel's temperature. Personally, I like my room cold, and I wasnt able to control my own temperature. I had to sleep with the window open. And yes, I traveled in August (which is winter). Also, Ushuaia center is noisy. People screaming in the street. So I had to get used to that. What I did NOT like was that I had to listen to everytime a door closed in the rooms nearby. It was so annoying! Is not the guest's fault. Doors just close pretty hard by themselves so at night it can become a real issue.

Pontos negativos: em estadia de 7 noites, houve uma em que a água do chuveiro estava fria, o que foi péssimo. O aquecedor do quarto estava desregulado - ao girar só um pouquinho o botão, já esquentava demais. Era preciso deixar o aquecedor ligado e a janela aberta (gasto inútil de energia) para poder ter uma temperatura agradável. O sinal de WiFi teve algumas interrupções. Pontos positivos: localização (ótima), funcionários cordiais, limpeza.

Surpreso.
Ficamos surpresos com a qualidade do hotel, que passou por uma reforma; principalmente pela localização, central, e a atendimento. O que precisa melhorar é o café da manhã, fraco para quem já sai do hotel para conhecer as opções turísticas, principalmente as caminhadas.

メイン通りに面してます。
最近リフォームしたようで、床材、壁材等綺麗です。まだ工事が全部終わっていないと見え、 職人さんまだ出入りしています。客室内のWi-Fiのスピード及び、電波が弱いです。ただ、１Fロビー周りはホテル付属のレストランのWi-Fiなので、こちらは電波が強くしかもまずまずのスピードが出ています。なので改良できなわけではないですね。

Serviço muito bom, mas quarto barulhento
Gostei muito do hotel, bom cafe da manhã, equipe prestativa. Tive problemas com o barulho, pois a calefação era muito boa o que deixava o quarto as vezes quente demais, sendo necessário abrir abrir a janela. A outra que me desegradou foi quando pedi para deixar o quarto um pouco mais tarde pois meu voo era as 20;00Hs ,e fui imediatamente rebatido , mesmo sabendo que o hotel estava vazio naquele dia. Fui esquiar e voltei para o Brasil sem tomar banho. Troquei de roupa no banheiro da pizzaria.
