De todos modos, mucha gente ingresa antes y consume lo que hay disponible hasta el momento, no pudiendo obtener un desayuno completo. Quedamos a su plena disposición. Saludos,

Good morning dear Nassr,I am contacting you on behalf of Arakur Ushuaia Resort & Spa, we appreciate your time in offering us feedback about your stay with us.We are deeply sorry that your experience was not satisfactory regarding the issues with the insects coming out from the air-vents in your room, as you mentioned in your review.Unfortunately during your stay the external filter suffered serious damage due to weather conditions, there was a severe storm a couple days ago. And as we are inside a nature reserve there are different species of insects near the property. I would like to convey tranquility that there is no health threat because these insects are totally harmless. I apologize for the unpleasant experience that you went through.And we wish this matter is not an impediment for you to choose us one more time, so we can prove that we are capable of delivering an exceptional service.Thank you again for your words, this provides us an opportunity to improve and grow.King regards,
