After standing around watching other guests receive their room keys, I simply asked the employee assisting me, “How much longer will this take? My family is waiting in the car.” Rather than...

« The shuttle service is perfect: quick and convenient, 24h.
The breakfast was delicious, hot wafles, omelettes and toasts, among others.
The check out is at noon, which makes it much easier than the usual 11h am.
Our only problems were with the special requests we had made through expedia that had not been checked by the hotel, so we had no baby crib and no sheets for the sofa bed when we arrived.
