'Had an Issue at check in regarding the charging of my vehicle which was handled promptly and courteously. Stayed here many times and always found the service and accommodation to be top notch - pricey compared to nearby options but nothing else is right in that spot'

It was quiet, the mattress was lovely and the place was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Cramer Family Mountain Inn and I hope to be back in the future. '

'Don't understand why they didn't place boxsprings under the mattress. Lying in the bed you can feel the center board of the bed frame. I hope they work on that. The solo beds here are far more comfy'

'The staff/managers let people around 40-50 adults and teens to have alcohol and party in the lobby until after 2:00 AM on Friday night and I asked for a different room on another floor and they said no. On Saturday night it was a repeat of Friday night in which I got a video of the staff/managers allowing the partying and drinking again.. They also allowed drinking and underage partying in the parking lot with loud music until after midnight. The lobby was filled with about 60 people...

'The air conditioning wouldn’t switch to heat. It got pretty cold overnight. Woke up this morning and went to go take a shower, and the hot water did not work. I sat there and let it run for 10 minutes and still wouldn’t warm up. The room was in decent shape though'
