'They have Ruth Steakhouse inside the hotel. A Koi fish pond in the middle of the atrium. All rooms have a balcony. Separate living room area. Microwave, fridge, iron. Inside swimming pool. Gym. Close to alot of attractions and restaurant. Valet parking. Daily manager reception with free drinks and snacks. Cook to order omelets as well'

'While the staff is nice, the owners don't care about the property or don't have the money to upkeep it. I'm not going to go into detail but almost not part of the hotel felt like it was worth the money. Until they have renovated, I would seriously consider staying elsewhere. Right across the street at the Hilton for the same price, I had a much better experience.'

'Only one operating elevator had to wait in long line to utilize elevator / no hot water on the sixth floor/ no mini fridge in room/roof top patio closes with bar and you can’t access it. Terrible area filled with homeless people chasing you in door. Staff unhelpful told them we weren’t even staying the night there bc of issues and desk clerk response was okay/ didn’t offer to make anything right or apologize and assist.'
