'Everything was clean and spotless - room and public spaces. We were always greeted by staff when moving around the building. The food and service from the Laurel was also excellent. My only complaint was that one of my beverages didn't taste good. The White Russion drink was made with something other than Kahlua. The substitute was horrible tasting. However, the hostess did not charge me for that drink.'

'This is an older motel-type property but our room is very clean and very quiet. We parked right outside our room. The digital door entry is easy to use and feels safe. Our TV was down when we arrived but a staff person came over right away and fixed the problem. The property is just outside downtown Walla Walla so convenient to restaurants, stores, etc. '

'Loved the property, building and rooms. The contactless check in was flawless. I would recommend that if you have guests the coffee shop be open on Sunday and the bar be open longer than 5-9. Wonderful place that we will be back regardless of my suggestions '

'Relaxing room in quiet location. One of the best Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed in. Everything is within walking distance. I'd stay here again over anything in nearby Walla Walla, which also has great hotels. It's just that Dayton is a quiet, small town.'
