Located on the first floor of a house with two apartments, this spacious 75 m² accommodation offers a cozy and modern atmosphere. As you enter, you will be welcomed by a bright and spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Enjoy your favorite programs on the flat-screen satellite TV or unwind with the summer breeze thanks to the air conditioning. From the living area, you can access the furnished balcony overlooking the pool and the surrounding forest, the ideal place for a sunny breakfast or a romantic dinner at sunset.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare delicious meals with ease. You will find everything you need, from a dishwasher to a toaster, to satisfy all your culinary needs. The dining table with chairs invites you to share pleasant moments with family or friends.

The house features two comfortable and welcoming bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe. From the window, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the pool and the surrounding greenery. The second bedroom offers two single beds that can be joined together, perfect for accommodating children or friends. Both bedrooms provide a peaceful and relaxing environment for a restful night's sleep.

Available for shared use are the barbecue area and the pool area, complete with sun loungers and umbrellas for total relaxation.

If you are a sea lover, Lovrečica Beach, with its white pebbles and crystal-clear waters, is only 5 km away and is the perfect place for a day of relaxation and fun by the sea.

*Registration fee of €7 per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
*Pets are not allowed.
*Smoking is permitted in the garden, while smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on the terrace.

*We kindly ask our guests:
-to respect the neighbors and behave calmly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest period,
-for safety reasons, to switch off the air conditioning and dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,
-to use the accommodation equipment with care,
-to empty containers and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,
-to report any damage caused to the owner; after a careful assessment of the damage, the owner will request payment of the costs in cash before departure,
-to inform us of the expected departure time one day before departure to arrange the key handover.

*The accommodation must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the last day of stay.
*Personalized transfers are available (for example: airport-accommodation, ...).
*The house has a swimming pool, sun loungers, and umbrellas for shared use with the guests of the other apartment.
