'My son and I stayed at this property twice for about 5 nights. I was super impressed. There were mostly two men who ran the front desk and they were both amazing!! They helped us in many little ways. For example the day we were to fly home one of them arranged for me to see a doctor on short notice to check an injury from our hiking in southern Peru. This hotel is lucky to have such amazing staff. Resort also super clean and all staff are friendly!!! Eric Bennett'

'Spacious room, convenient location, good breakfast on the patio, but most of all, the owner is incredibly helpful. He arranged for our laundry to be cleaned on short notice, he gave us a lot of advice on what to see and where to eat. He also arranged a driver to take us to Colca canyon. So helpful!'

'The Hotel is centrally located and very nice. What makes it excellent are the staff . They are amazing and friendly . They even made us a take away breakfast bag because our flight was early on leaving. We have not had this kind of dedicated service in the USA for years . We forgot what it was like to have worker that appreciate their jobs and their customers '

'The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful and attentive to all my questions. However, to ensure a room that is quiet-when booking-ask for a hotel room that faces the courtyard not the busy road or parking garage. Easy walking access to historical centre, shopping, museums and many cafes. Highly recommended. '

'Great place to stay in historic San Lazaro quarter of downtown Arequipa. Nice and attentive staff. Free parking is a great bonus. At a walking distance from the Plaza de Armas, city’s Main Square, and other important monasteries, convents, churches and museums. Clean room. This is a boutique type of a hotel that is modern but inside of a historic building in a colonial Spanish style. '
