Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas take full advantage of the spectacular outlook. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the balcony wraps around the beach side of the house, offering a BBQ near the kitchen. At the rear, a private lounge with a large smart TV provides another space to relax.

Three further bedrooms are also located upstairs (two with queen beds, one with a double), along with a bathroom and separate laundry with washer and dryer. Quality linen and towels are included for your stay.

The location of this holiday home is unparalleled. Mollymook beach is directly across the road, less than 50 metres and you're on the sand. You can walk to local cafes, restaurants and the village shops, as well as the golf course and golf club. A 3-minute drive will get you to the famous Rick Stein's seafood restaurant, a must visit for any foodie, while a 5-minute drive in the other direction will take you to Ulladulla, where you can find supermarkets and plenty of shopping.

Milton is a beautiful historic town just 5 to 10 minutes inland, where you can see boutique stores, great cafes and restaurants and the famous chocolate shop. The entire area is famous for its stunning coastline, great surf, good food and relaxed atmosphere. Being just a three hour drive from Sydney, there's no better time to get on the road, get out of town and get to the beach. We're waiting with a warm welcome!
