The open-plan living and dining area has been refreshed with new furniture, while the bedrooms include a king bed in the master and queen beds in the second and fourth rooms. Linen, towels and bedding are all supplied for your comfort.

After a day at the beach, unwind with the home’s entertainment setup including surround sound, Apple TV, Netflix, Prime and Kayo. The third bedroom also provides a separate space for kids to enjoy their favourite shows.

Enjoy ocean glimpses from the front deck, complete with a Weber BBQ and outdoor seating, perfect for relaxed lunches or evening drinks. The well-equipped kitchen includes quality cookware, crockery and glassware, while the bathrooms feature great showers and complimentary toiletries.

Location AND Surrounding Venues

Just 100m from Mollymook Beach, simply cross the road and follow the nearby beach track for easy access to the sand and surf. A short stroll south takes you to Mollymook Surf Club, patrolled during summer and holiday periods, and Mollymook Golf Club. Head north to find the local coffee van, Bannisters Pavilion, Tallwood shops, Bannisters Point and Narrawallee Beach.

Within a 5-minute drive you can reach the Hilltop Championship Golf Course, charming Milton with its cafes, boutiques and fresh produce, Ulladulla for shopping and fresh seafood, and Narrawallee Beach.

The home is also close to a fantastic range of dining options, from Rick Stein’s at Bannisters and Gwylo to relaxed bistro dining at Mollymook Golf Club and the Milton Ulladulla Bowling Club, along with plenty of local cafes and takeaway options nearby.
