'I stayed for the TVD weekend con. First, the female at the counter was rude when I tried asking her a question. She left me at the counter and just left. The other male at the counter noticed what she did and shook his head and was nice enough to call me over to him and he helped me. Once we went up to the room, the room did not have enough lighting. One of the outlets weren't working. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. When I tried to call Front Desk to find out what other floor had a...

'Offer what u really have'

'Personeel en accomodatie zijn erg netjes en compleet. Vragen continue of je ervaring positief is en of zij daaraan kunnen bijdragen. Erg fijn verblijf met ons gezin'

'Pleasant stay, good price'

'Brilliant couldn’t ask for more, so helpful'

TV was great, bed was huge, everything works in the bathroom. Microwave and a huge fridge in the room, a desk and a nice armchair. Breakfast is really good, they got eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes, oatmeal, cereal, toast, bagels, yoghurt, fruit and one of those flipover waffle makers. Coffee in the room and...
