The Price Does Not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per week per animal). The admission of animals to the facility must be authorized in advance by the owner after communicating the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourist tax (where applicable)


Dimora Solaris is a contemporary villa surrounded by olive groves in the countryside just outside Ugento, a short drive from the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni. Spread over two levels, it has modern interiors with an open space living area that includes a kitchen and dining room, three double bedrooms and three bathrooms. The large windows allow natural light to illuminate the living area on the ground floor, with direct access to the pool and terraces. Here centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean essences contribute to creating an authentic and regenerating atmosphere, ideal for spending moments of peace and well-being. The villa is in a strategic position for visiting the historic cities and beaches of southern Salento, including Gallipoli and Santa Maria di Leuca.

Interiors:
The villa is built on two floors connected to each other by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR - Living room with living room, dining room and kitchen; two double bedrooms, two shower rooms. FIRST FLOOR — Double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower.

Park:


The villa is surrounded by about 5,000 square meters of fenced land with a hedge (no net), olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. A shaded outdoor dining area is located right outside the kitchen, flanked by paved terraces and garden areas designed for relaxation. The property has five uncovered parking spaces inside the land.

Pool:
The pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa, accessed from the living area which is about 3 m away. Rectangular shape, with dimensions 10 x 4 m, constant depth of 1.30 meters. Covered with PVC cloth, with access steps; both indoor and outdoor lighting; cold water shower; sanitized with salt system; solarium area of about 100 square meters, with sunbeds and umbrella; open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
