The Price includes:

- weekly linen, initial and final cleaning
- Zer0Dep Guarantee = You do not pay the security deposit when paying the balance or upon arrival and you have EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay (up to a maximum of €1,500.00 and with the limitations provided).

The Price Does Not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in the presence of animals (€ 50.00 per week per animal). Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
- Tourism tax (where applicable)

Dimora Solaris is a modern villa that combines contemporary design with the authenticity of the Salento landscape. The property features a spacious and bright open-plan living area on the ground floor, with a living room, dining area, and kitchen designed to make the most of natural light and create a functional, welcoming environment, along with three large bedrooms. Outside, the swimming pool is the heart of the relaxation area, surrounded by a spacious sun deck and private garden. Centuries-old olive trees and Mediterranean essences contribute to an authentic and rejuvenating atmosphere, ideal for moments of peace and well-being. Its location offers easy access to some of the most fascinating destinations in Salento, such as the white sandy beaches of Torre San Giovanni, less than 10 minutes away, and the historic town of Gallipoli, approximately 30 minutes away. The historic center of Ugento, with its rich cultural and architectural heritage, is also easily accessible, offering the perfect combination of relaxation, sea, and culture during your vacation.
Interior:
The villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. GROUND FLOOR - a living area with a lounge, dining room, and kitchen; two double bedrooms, and two bathrooms with shower. FIRST FLOOR - A double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower.
Park:
The property is surrounded by approximately 5000 sqm of fenced grounds, cultivated with olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The outdoor dining area is easily accessible from the kitchen.Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located on the same level as the ground floor of the villa and is approximately 3 m from the living area. Rectangular shaped, measuring 10 x 4 m, with a constant depth of 1.30 m; lined with PVC, has steps for easy access, internal and external lighting, and a shower with cold water; it is sanitized using a saltwater system; complemented by a sun deck area of approximately 100 sqm, equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas; it is open from the first Saturday in April to the last Saturday in October.
