In Udine, a spacious 90-square-meter apartment for 4 people, located on the third floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment has two balconies and an assigned outdoor parking space. The location is ideal, just a short walk from the Udine Civil Hospital and the University, with all amenities in the immediate vicinity. ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, central heating, split-system air conditioning (one in the living area and one in the sleeping area), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, iron, and ironing board.

The use of air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013).

In the summer, the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

In the winter, the weighted average air temperature must not exceed 20°C

Please note that check-ins after the specified time must be arranged directly with the property and are subject to the following surcharge:

- 21.00 - 23.00: €25.00;

- 23.00 - 24.00: €30.00;

- 24:00 - 01.30: €40.00.
