'I feel bad because the staff person was very nice and helpful, but... Even the sign at the entrance is very faded/hard to read (red flag). The room was in terrible shape. Bathroom baseboards were filthy, in the tub the caulk was all peeling and the facet leaked. The hot water was HOT- and with the janky faucet it was difficult to get a tolerable temperature without scalding. Room: TV reception was spotty (even though it was a satellite) and I had to turn off the power strip to the mini-fridge...

'The rooms were spacious and clean. There was no kleenex in the room and no hair dryer. Who ever was on the floor above was noisy and it sounded like they kept running back and forth in the room and opening and closing drawers until the wee hours in the morning and also early in the morning so we did not get a goods night sleep. It is too bad you do not offer a morning breakfast.'

'Just needed last minute place to crash halfway down to Bay Area (near Medford) late at night and thankful to find this location available. I had booked on Expedia while driving and inadvertently selected the next evening (pre-paid, no refund) so I called the staff and they were able to switch the booking date for me an hour before we got there. Checked in at 10:30 PM, late night staff very helpful. Wasn't sure what to expect with economy price and near truck stop, but the room was very clean...

'Front seat clerk was great. She was very friendly and helpful. It’s motel 6 with mattresses that are not the best quality, but it gets the job done. Easy parking and plenty of free ice. This one didn’t have a microwave or refrigerator. This is not a resort type destination hotel , so if you’re looking for a low price deal on your budget, this is the one. There’s a Dairy Queen next door and a McDonalds near by.'

'Clerk and cleaning crew banged on my door at check out time and forced me to leave. Mind you, I have booked for the next day on Expedia and they didn’t see it through their system. Very rude and unprofessional customer service! Some rooms smell like cigarettes and you are forced to stay in there no matter what. Won’t switch you out of the room.'
