« Our initial check-in instructions sent us to the wrong room. A revised instruction sheet had been sent but it was not clearly marked in the subject line that it was a revision. This did create some distress.Additionally,we were dismayed to find no handicapped curb cutouts and the toilets were to low to the floor to be comfortable for a more elderly person, handicapped person or a younger person with bad news. »
