Your own private luxury resort, tucked behind the gates on expansive acreage. Gatehouse Estate of Cedar Retreats offers over 5,000 square feet of space, with 8+ bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to 21 guests.

Soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, gather around the firepit, or enjoy a meal outdoors. Inside, a theater, game room, poker table, and private gym offer entertainment for every pace. Multiple balconies, kitchens, dining areas, and three separate living spaces give large groups the luxury of spending time together while still having space of their own.

THE HOME & GUEST ACCESS

Guests have access to the entire home and grounds, including:

• 8 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms
• Two fully stocked kitchens and one kitchenette
• Three separate living spaces and multiple dining and gathering areas
• Theater, game room, poker table, and TVs
• Private gym and sauna
• Hot tub and basketball court
• Outdoor dining areas and multiple balconies
• Natural stone firepit with seating and provided firewood
• Reverse-osmosis drinking water system

Glass railings along the front balcony and rear deck provide open views of towering oaks and visiting wildlife. With expansive grounds to explore and plenty of entertainment indoors, there is room to enjoy every season.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

All furniture and mattresses are new, and mattresses are fully encased for guest protection.

Some king beds can be configured as two twin XL beds. Certain rooms also include dividers to accommodate flexible sleeping arrangements. Please contact us before your stay to discuss your group’s preferred setup.

THE COUNTRY SETTING

Gatehouse offers a rural setting with sounds that may be unfamiliar to guests accustomed to town. Coyotes may be heard at night, and occasional gunfire may carry from a shooting club approximately 5 miles away or from neighboring rural properties. Wilmot Raceway is approximately 2.5 miles away, and race sounds may carry on scheduled summer race nights.

IMPORTANT BOOKING & PROPERTY INFORMATION

• The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
• Every guest must be individually listed on the reservation.
• Please observe the posted driveway speed limit.
• Fireworks are prohibited.
• Cigarette and other tobacco smoking are prohibited, except for cigars outdoors. Please smoke cigars well away from the building.

SAFETY & MONITORING

Video surveillance monitors outdoor areas only. There are no indoor cameras.

Inside, the home has noise, smoke, water, and carbon monoxide monitors, which are tested twice a year.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.

For access before 4 PM on your arrival day, please reserve the night before. To stay beyond 11 AM on your departure day, please reserve the following night. These are the only options for arrival or departure outside our standard hours and are subject to availability.

PARKING & QUIET HOURS

Parking accommodates approximately 10 vehicles. Please observe the posted driveway speed limit.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.

SAFETY & MONITORING

Exterior cameras are located at the front of the home. There are no indoor cameras.

Indoor smoke and noise monitors detect smoke and measure sound decibel levels only; they do not record conversations. The home also has water and carbon monoxide monitors. Monitoring devices are tested twice a year.

ACCESSIBILITY

The ground level can be accessed without stairs. However, entryways are narrow and may not accommodate all wheelchairs or mobility devices. Please contact us before booking if you need specific doorway measurements to determine whether the home will meet your needs.

Broken Rules will result in a fine and possible cancellation of the reservation.
