'Only one elevator in the building was working. I was initially charged for parking, but that was never mentioned at check-in. I was able to get that reversed (days later) when I communicated that I did not utilize their parking as my son lives in the apartments next door. This hotel has gone down hill in the last few years and does not represent the Hilton standards or the rates that they are charging.'

'Front desk staff need some customer service training. When I approached the desk on Sunday night neither of the two young females greeted me. I had to ask if I could check in. Then the only thing spoken to me was to ask for my cc for incidentals and that I must pay a parking fee.
