Geweldig hotel met uitstekende voorzieningen.
Heb 4 nachten doorgebracht in Hotel Residence Torino. Uitstekend hotel, heel ardig en behulpzaam personeel. Had een kamer met balkon en vond dit geweldig. Tv perfect voor mijn een plus punt allemaal italiaanse zenders. Koelkast kon ik zelf vullen met artikelen van mijn voorkeur. Aanwezig 2 flesjes mineral water (1 natural +1frizante). Goed beb en matras, heb heerlik geslapen. Ontbijt perfetto uitmuntend, van alles wat van goed smak en kwaliteit. Douche en badkamer ook geweldig. Afstand naar centrum 25 min lopen voor mij geen issue. Heel veel winkels, bars en restaurants in de buurt. Ga nog een keer in dezelfde hotel logeren. De stad is een must voor mensen die mooie steden leuk vinden om te bezoeken. Goede keuze van Expedia.

Gewoon verblijven.
Wij bleven hier 2 nachten. Het centrum was op loopafstand. Het personeel was vriendelijk en er was een parkeerplaats voor de deur. De badkamer was groot, maar de douchecabine was heel klein, wat jammer was. Daarnaast was de vloer in de kamer niet echt schoon. Maar hoe lang ben je op je hotelkamer tijdens een normaal verblijf.

Hotel bastante céntrico
El hotel es bastante antiguo, aunque en general está muy bien. Hay unos escalones en la entrada que dificultan subir con maletas, aunque luego hay ascensor. Las habitaciones son espaciosaa, aunque sólo hay mesita de noche en uno de los dos lados de la cama. Tuve peoblemas con la toma de corriente del baño, que no funcionaba. De hecho las tomas son antiguas, y creo que deberían de sustituirlas por tomas modernas. El bufete del restaurante muy bien, ninguna queja.

Room (4 beds) was big enough to spend even more than one night. Very tidy and in good condition. Breakfast was great and they offered a nice assortment of gluten free food for people with coeliac disease. Very kind staff.

The description mentioned that parking was available, but we had to pay €20 a day for it! We booked this hotel because we believed parking to be included. They should have been clear in their description that parking was available “for a lot of money”.

We stayed at this hotel in early June with my wife and two kids. Our Torino train was late, which caused us to miss our train to Rome. Knowing we wouldn’t make our connection I booked this hotel at 10:52 PM to ensure we would have a place to sleep. When we arrived to Torino near midnight, TrenItalia said they had arrange for a hotel room for us at this same hotel, which meant we had two reservations. When we arrived at the hotel the front desk person said our hotels.com reservation was non-refundable (true) and that he could not provide a full or partial refund. He suggested I call the manager the next day. When I called the next day, the manager wasn’t available so the hotel suggested I send an email and they would respond later in the day. I sent the email but received NO response. I called two days later and once again the manager was busy and couldn’t come to the phone. They said they would respond to my email that day, but once again didn't. After my third call 2 days later I was still unable to reach the manager, but I got an email response. The response was dismissive and said they could not issue a refund because they had held the room for me. The room was only booked from 11 PM to midnight (when I cancelled), and no one else was coming at that point. I sent a response to the hotel, and after more than a week have not heard back. While I think I should get at least a partial refund, that’s not the main point. The staff is rude and unresponsive to customers. Beware.

Friendly and smart hotel nar the station
This was opposite the station, over the pedestrian crossing. The room was well furnished, with good lightning, and very smart. The main room had a door, then a small corridor leading to the bathroom, then another door to the hotel passageway, which kept out any hotel noise. Curtains blocked unwanted light. WiFi was good. There was a safe and fridge. It was easy to walk into the city centre, or there are trams and buses. There are food outlets nearby. Staff were friendly and efficient. There is a lift, although there are some steps to the front door, if that matters to you

*2 people, 1 night* The hotel was perfect for a night's kip between trains to/from Porta Susa: convenient, very comfortable and well equipped. The only drawback was having to lug suitcases up the steps to reception; the man sitting next to the receptionist looked as though he was there to help, but he didn't.

Good location handy for Porta Susa
The hotel is old which gives it a certain charm. The staff are absolutely excellent and very helpful. Breakfast superb. Rooms are large and comfortable - the only gremlins are those that others comment on, no kettle (an English thing) and the road noise can be quite invasive until you get used to it. The hotel is about a 20 min walk to the centre of Turin and a few more mins to the Palace. Overall great location to visit Turin.

Highly recommended!
Very good hotel, great location, ±20 min from Torino airport, and just nearby Torino Porta Susa station (Train, Metro and nearby bus and tram lines), some good sites and restaurants just walking around. The hotel is very clean. spacious rooms, helpful staff, good breakfast (buffet), and highly recommended for families and/or business (close to OGR Innovation center and other business locations).

Personale molto cortese; ottima posizione rispetto al centro storico ed si mezzi di trasporto; di contro strada parecchio trafficata e rumorosa anche di notte. Struttura molto piacevole con camera ampia, luminosa e ben arredata; bagno spazioso e pulito; per essere pignoli necessità di una rinfrescata alla tinteggiatura delle pareti. Nel complesso molto bene.

L'hôtel est bien situé en face de la gare. Niveau propreté rien à redire. Par contre, il faisait froid. J'ai demandé deux fois s'il était possible d'augmenter le chauffage mais apparemment sans succès. Pas de couverture supplémentaire. Il y avait un problème avec la carte pour l'électricité. La lumière se coupait régulièrement, il fallait bouger la carte à chaque fois.

Una vera sorpresa! Hotel a 3 stelle situato proprio davanti la stazione ferroviaria Torino Porta Susa, a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro o comunque con la fermata dell'autobus per il centro vicinissima. Personale cordialissimo, disponibile a fronteggiare ogni necessità. La sorpresa è stata la colazione: mai vista una colazione così ricca in un hotel a 3 stelle di una grande città! Fornita sia la parte salata (con affettati, bacon e uova strapazzate), sia quella dolce (con crostate e ciambellone), poi yogurt, fette biscottate, pane da tostare. La ciliegina è stata la presenza (su richiesta) di prodotti senza glutine e senza lattosio! La camera era non molto grande e, anche se era una doppia, sembrava una singola: il secondo letto a dire il vero non aveva nè comodino nè luce, ma la stanza aveva comunque frigorifero e cassaforte, oltre un bagno confortevole. L'albergo si affaccia su un grande vialone, ma la nostra camera aveva l'affaccio all'interno ed era silenziosossima. Abbiamo trovato molto comodi anche i letti. In ultimo il prezzo: superconviente sia per il fatto che si sta comunque vicinissimi al centro di Torino, sia per i servizi offerti.
