A few houses from Midtown’s pickle ball courts, you’ll find the Ivy Cottage. Charm and character are the highlight of this adorable property. The oversized sectional is the perfect place to cozy up and watch your favorite show on the Smart TV. Or serve dinner in the dining room with French doors that open to the patio. In the back you’ll find a hot tub, smart TV, couch, dart board, wine fridge, cornhole, etc. Plush beds await when you’re ready to call it a night. *Fireplace is not working.

Beautiful, safe and quiet Florence Park neighborhood is centrally located between Utica Square, Cherry Street, Brookside, the Tulsa Expo and many more popular spots. Historic homes and mature trees line the streets. A few houses down the street from this property is Florence Park where you’ll find nice, new pickle ball courts and a lovely playground.

Your personalized door code will be sent to you prior to your arrival. You will have access of the entire property although we ask that you don’t get into our cleaning/supply closet without permission.

Before you even walk inside, you’ll be greeted with the sweetest little porch area with comfortable seating and a chiminea for those cool evenings. As you enter, this home has a large living space with plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. Huge Smart TV above the (non-working) fireplace, bose speaker, throw blankets, lamps and tables beside every seat. A gorgeous floor to ceiling, wall to wall vintage window adorns the front of the living room facing the street. The elegant dining table is set for 4 but has 2 additional leaves (and 2 additional chairs) that can be added to make it much larger if needed. The beautiful kitchen was recently updated and has a brand new wine fridge, full size stove, oven, refrigerator, Keurig with K-cup and regular drip coffee as well as everything you could possibly need to enjoy a meal in. We provide a starter amount of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry soap, coffee, creamer, etc. If your stay is longer than 3 days, you’ll need to plan to re-stock. The full bathroom has been completely and beautifully re-done. One bedroom has a plush king-sized bed topped with luxurious linens and an assortment of pillows. This room also has an alarm clock, phone chargers, lamps, a new Smart TV, full length mirror and a desk with chair. Down the hall, the other bedroom has a queen-sized bed with most of the same amenities as the other bedroom. An additional queen-size easy fill air bed with bedding is provided for additional sleeping space.
Behind the house is a large garage that has been completely transformed into the coolest hangout. We’ve added a 4-person hot tub, large smart TV with sound bar, Bluetooth speaker, dart board, hanging chair, cozy sofa, bar cart, lights covering the ceiling, ceiling fan, as well as one corner has been reserved for the laundry room.
Front door has doorbell camera. There is also an outdoor camera facing the garage door.

The light switch and key for garage are inside the house. Please refer to the guidebook for specific instructions.
