Welcome to our cozy Tulsa bungalow! This older home has plenty of character and a comfortable setup for couples, families, friends or work trips. You`ll have the entire home and backyard to yourself, with easy access to downtown Tulsa and other central Tulsa destinations.

This is an older Tulsa bungalow, not a brand-new home, and that`s part of its charm. You`ll notice some of the character and quirks that come with a home of this age, while still having the everyday comforts you need for your stay.

Guests have private access to the entire home and fenced backyard during their stay.

Self check-in makes arrival easy, and the long private driveway provides convenient off-street parking.

We are Tulsa natives and are happy to assist you before/during or after your stay with recommendations for restaurants, night life, family activities and everything in between! Neighborhood notes — please read before booking

We want to be transparent about the location so you know exactly what to expect before arriving.

The home is located just west of downtown Tulsa in an older, transitioning urban neighborhood. The surrounding area is a mix of longtime residents, renovated homes and properties that have not yet been updated. You may see vacant lots, older or distressed properties, and homes in various stages of renovation as you travel through the neighborhood.

We`ve hosted in the area without issues, but we understand that everyone`s comfort level with an urban neighborhood is different. If you`re looking for a newer, polished suburban neighborhood where all of the surrounding homes are similar in appearance, this probably isn`t the right location for your stay.

What the location does offer is convenient access to downtown and central Tulsa while giving you the privacy and space of an entire home.

We`d much rather be upfront before you book than have you arrive expecting a different type of neighborhood.
