I’ve stayed in a lot of Hampton Inn’s but never one like this. This hotel is worn out! My room had been partially redone with new flooring but the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the furniture was so dirty I had to put a towel over the chair before I sat down on it. The room smelled musty, which caused my son’s allergies to flare up and the air conditioner couldn’t cool the room down. My bath towel even had a hole in it.
Let’s talk breakfast - it didn’t look too bad until I spooned some eggs onto my plate, along with a big, black hair. What an awful way to start my day! That plate went straight in the trash! Thank goodness they had bagels and peanut butter as an alternative!
I rarely give negative reviews but I was so disappointed in this property. It’s time to remove it from under the Hampton Inn name and downgrade it to a cheaper alternative. I will think twice before staying in a Hampton Inn again!
