Réservation d'hôtels à Túcume

« Buen trato, aparcamiento muy pequeño, pero en la calle tienen cámara de seguridad y da "cierta tranquilidad" aparcar afuera. »

I went to the staff and she insisted that that's how showers work and that was fine. I said... no. In no other place in Peru in any hostel, hostal or hotels, showers were so bad. She offered my to change my room the next day and... showers were fine. I don't understand why insist with the customer on something like that. Besides that,...

« Personnel de réception désagréable. Nous sommes arrivés très tard, fatigué, et épuisé. Personnel de réception et de restauration était extrêmement hostile et hautaine. Nous avons dû intervenir plusieurs fois pour nous faire servir un repas. »

« Clean room, window above dirt let light in off & on as people returned, kept waking us up, halls were very noisy with people in the late evening, and drilling and construction during the evening. The fan was not enough with no outside windows to get cooler air, so it was extremely hot to sleep. Staff were lovely, restaurant was very good, they got us a taxi to airport at a good price. Location good in downtown. Good price. Comfortable bed. »

« Hôtel bien situé à côté (5 mn à pieds à peine) des terminaux de bus ( Cruz del Sur ,Emtafrasa ) Belle piscine Hôtel vieillissant , chambre propre et assez grande sans décoration Petit déjeuner plus que basique mais personnel attentif faisant de son mieux tant à la restauration ( merci Renzo) qu’a l’accueil. « Staff were very friendly. However I don’t understand why the room had a window onto the corridor which shone light into my room the whole night. Why not just put up curtains? (The window also didn’t shut completely so it was harder to block out the noise). Ear plugs and eye mask are a must if you want to be able to sleep here. »
