PRIVATE CONTEMPORARY HOME WITH BREATHTAKING MOUNTAIN VIEWS

This is a private home nested in the prestigious Catalina Foothills area. It is 2,011 square foot contemporary home. The house is situated in a quiet neighborhood suitable for walking, cycling and hiking. It is 7 minutes away from the upscale La Encatada mall offering shopping, gourmet dining along with special events featuring music, wine tasting and art exhibits through the year. Summer daytime temperatures are about 4 degrees cooler than downtown because of our elevation and the winter nighttime temperatures run at least 5 degrees warmer because we are off of the valley floor.

The house features breathtaking mountain views, gas grill and fenced yard. Relax in the secluded pool and Jacuzzi. All bedrooms have queen beds. A spacious living room with two sofas and fireplace. One of the sofas can convert to sleeping space for additional two people. The house offers high ceilings and large windows that attract in streams of natural light. Traventine floors in the common areas and carpeted bedrooms. Covered rear patio is shaded at all times of the day so you can enjoy the phenomenal view of the mountains, without worrying about sunburn. There is plenty of outdoor sitting/lounging and dinning area. WiFi and cable service is included in the rent. All linens, cooking and dishware are provided. The kitchen is very well-stocked with everything you would need.

The house was wonderful and the hosts were very quick to answer questions. Very comfortable home with great views. The neighborhood is beautiful. The back yard is private with a large pool and hot tub. Great to have a garage to shade vehicle from sun. Spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, clean, and bright.

We didn’t really feel like the description and pictures gave an accurate account of the property. It was comfortable quiet and the hosts were very responsive. There were a few things that we think could use attention though. Lighting in the back yard and pool are was basically non existent,the drain grate in the master shower was not secure both of which are a safety issues. The sheets in both of the rooms we used were pretty worn even with holes. The garbage can in the kitchen needs replaced it is extremely aged.

Lovely home with all the Trimmings!

The home was clean and up to date with a wonderful pool, and hot tub, and a view that was unbeatable. Beds were comfortable, the TVs were smart and got all the streaming channels. Location was perfect for us, and the owners even left us where to hike and eat dinner!The best part was the responsiveness of the owners! We couldn't figure out how to work something and they directed us to the very detailed book they left for us and we could figure out the hot tub easily after that. I have never stayed in a VRBO home with more attentive owners!

The location of the house was ideal and the house was large enough to accommodate visiting family members. The outdoor area was private and had a great mountain view. The hot top and pool were immaculate. The flow was inviting. Two smaller bedrooms were indeed small. The house was very serviceable and the hosts provided a lot of extras: plenty of shampoo, soap, paper products, etc. Everything in the house worked, but the house is dated, so bathrooms, kitchen and appliances were old. The hosts were on-hand as needed and very accommodating.

Great stay

Stayed here with our two adult daughters and their partners. Lovely, comfortable house and pool great for relaxing. Good places to eat nearby. We did a lot of early morning hikes and a trip up Mt Lemon all easily accessible from this area. Look forward to returning.

Awesome Property

There are many positives to share about this property such as comfortable beds, plenty of space, well-stocked kitchen and lots of comfortable seating, but, by far, the backyard is the highlight and very impressive. Hubby and I enjoyed watching sunrises, sunsets, stars and a lightening show off in the distance above the mountains. The pool and spa are very clean and well-maintained. We can’t wait to return.

One of our best VRBOs!

This property was superlative in every respect: the attentive hosts, the well maintained pool and hot tub, the spacious, beautiful house, complete with everything we needed, the large backyard, suitable for entertaining friends of all ages, the well-equipped and spacious kitchen and dining areas indoors and outside, the gorgeous mountains and desert on all sides. This is an ideal spot for a family reunion.

This property has a view to die for and a good location for getting just about anywhere in Tucson. There was a problem with the cleanliness of the house but it was resolved quickly by the owners.
