PARKING: There is one street-specific parking pass in the casita on the built-in shelves in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dashboard or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 2nd Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

Walking distance to coffee shops, pizza, city bikes, University Boulevard, bars, and convenience stores.

LAUNDROMAT: The home does NOT have a laundry room (washer or dryer), but a laundromat is just a 3-minute drive away, quite close if needed.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

PACKAGES & MAIL: If you need to receive packages or mail during your stay, please DO NOT plan to have anything delivered to the property. Instead, please plan to have packages or mail delivered to an Amazon locker, FedEx location, etc.

A cozy little house, perfect for two, nicely furnished and in a lovely historic neighborhood. It’s conveniently located near the university and downtown, transit, and restaurants. Time Market, just a few blocks away, is a real gem - we noshed on goodies there almost every day. The hosts were very quick to respond to questions and the hosting app made the logistics super easy. We’ll be back!

Host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. The service dept very accommodating for repairs. The accommodations do not quite match the staged pictures that were posted. I have tried several times to upload pictures but have not been successful will try agin with posting but can furnish when requested. It is presently bit more worn down and out. Example had to use a fork to open a cabinet door. Heater control in bedroom in bedroom malfunctioned. Noisey street repair and house remodeling in neighborhood. It is a university area with good central location. There is street parking requiring a provided permit.

This was a homey place to spend a week while in town to do some work at University of Arizona. The location was great, in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy walking access to groceries, plenty of restaurants, and the university. Everything was nicely done inside. Overall, pleasant stay! Very convenient during graduation visit.Some suggestions: Bathroom sink difficult to use/not functional and not attractive/was old. No shelves in bathroom to put toothbrush, toiletries, etc. A mirror for shorter people or full length mirror. A Kuerig coffee maker would be a nice addition. A water filter in the fridge would been nice too. Add blanket for the living room couch/bed.

Sweet casita, great location.

Cute casita in a great location. Walking distance to fun shops and dining. Todd was great. For some odd reason my reservation didn’t show in the VRBO system so we likely needed a bit of extra hand holding but the owners were very nice and accommodating. Nice experience. Good value.
