You will love your stay here! Beautiful furnishings, linens, kitchenware and hardwood floors complete this single level, 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Our home is meticulously cared for and is ideal for families or couples featuring two beautiful king bedrooms. The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counters for your enjoyment. At the end of the day relax in the adjoining family room with gas fireplace. New furniture was added in the Fall of 2020. You'll enjoy unwinding in this bright and airy room. A flat screen TV with Xfinity cable service, NETFLIX and a collection of DVDs will provide hours of entertainment. Free wifi is “Extreme Pro” service with 809 megabytes capable of 11-12 devices at one time. The large patio doors will give you a great view of the gorgeous yard and pool that is available to be heated. (inquire about rates)

The bedrooms invite a restful sleep with high quality Simmons BeautyRest mattresses. All beds and pillows feature allergy proof covers to help ensure the most comfortable sleeping experience possible. The spacious master suite is a haven with a king bed and sitting area that overlooks the desert and gardens. The master en-suite bathroom has granite counters with dual sinks and a large granite shower with glass-block and built in bench. An oversized walk in closet filled with custom cabinets and shelving completes the room. Down the hallway are the other bedrooms. Bedroom #2 with another king sized bed is a beautiful space and bedroom #3 has two twin sized beds. Both have lovely shutters and spacious custom closets that make unpacking easy! Additionally, every bedroom is equipped with a flat screen television and ceiling fan. The second bathroom is right outside bedroom #2.

This home is truly set up for indoor/outdoor living. The private, professionally landscaped backyard is an oasis filled with palm trees and cactus. A large side orchard with limes, grapefruit and oranges is an added treat! Enjoy the impressive mountain views from your covered patio that includes dining for 6. A sparkling pool with chaise lounges, hot tub, BBQ grill and seasonal outdoor shower complete the relaxing outdoor space. At the end of the day watch the sunset against the Catalinas and enjoy twinkling city light views of downtown. It's wonderful...you may never want to leave!

The home does have a 2 car garage, but our car is in one bay and the kids bicycles are in the other bay, with room for your golf clubs and other items. Plenty of parking on the driveway.

This home is located in a quiet subdivision in NorthWest Tucson. The home has the added benefit of being on a large, oversized lot. Enjoy the neighborhood hiking trails right outside your door. Bringing the kids? The subdivision has a neighborhood park too! Golf, shopping, dining and cinemas are all within 2 miles. National Parks, botanical gardens, Biosphere 2, Sabino Canyon, Mt. Lemmon and the University are all a short drive away. It's the perfect location! For those of you that want to keep your exploring closer to home, enjoy our classic touring bicycles for a spin around the neighborhood.

We love to travel! Although our full time home is in the Hudson Valley, NY just north of NYC, we fell in love with the Southwest. We started traveling the world as a young couple, and now we do it with three kids in tow! We understand what it takes to make a vacation home great. When traveling you want to be relaxed and stay in a beautiful space. Our home is set up with that idea in mind. It's the little details that make a place special. We bought this house sight unseen after viewing it online and began the big job of renovating before we even arrived.
