From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. There was a personalized sign with our family’s name, a thoughtful guidebook explaining how to use everything in the home, and wonderful recommendations for the best places to visit. Beautiful flowers greeted us, along with a delicious loaf of bread and jam. Everyone even received a pair of slippers—which were a big hit!The views from every room were absolutely amazing—I could go on and on. The hot tub and pool were wonderful, with the temperatures absolutely perfect, making it such a relaxing place to unwind.Everything in the home was clearly labeled, with instructions in every room, so we never had to guess how anything worked. If we needed something, it was already there. While we went out to eat a few times, the kitchen was so well stocked and comfortable that we mostly cooked at the house.Ingrid kept in contact with us throughout our stay and always offered help in any way we needed. She was extremely professional yet made us feel like family—such a kind-hearted person. Our family of seven absolutely loved the house. We will definitely be returning to Tucson and have truly found a home away from home. Kudos to you, Ingrid! We would give this stay 10 stars if we could.Cathy

The Perfect Graduation Celebration!

We stayed at Catalina Breeze for a long weekend to celebrate our son’s graduation from U of A. So pleased with all of the accommodations and especially the effort by our host Ingrid with every last detail. From the lovely welcome basket to the coffee bar, we’ve never experienced a better equipped rental home. With 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and so many areas to gather and visit, our family was so comfortable! We enjoyed the spacious kitchen and family room and the pool was a huge hit with the college crowd. Ingrid was only a phone call away for any questions. But we had such detailed instructions and everything in the home was labeled so we didn’t need her much at all.So thankful that we booked this home for our celebration. It was perfect!

Excellent Property

Good location, safe and quiet, near shopping and eating.Clean, well provisioned and maintained. Everything works. Ingrid has it all organized for guests' convenience. She is on top of anything that comes up. We stayed four weeks in March 2025 and enjoyed it immensely. Best part is the pool and hot tub area, you can relax and listen to the birds and the waterfall. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Spectacular in every way; mountain views and 10 star property.

From the beginning, the host's clear and helpful communication made us feel like welcome guests. This foothills property is large and very private. The house itself is spectacular! It is nestled in native Palo Verde trees and Sonoran vegetation and has stunning views of the Santa Catalina mountains. The patio area is well-designed and the pool and hot tub were immaculate, as was the interior. Everything was beautifully decorated. There were many seating groupings inside and out for meals and relaxing. This property is very close to Sabino Canyon for a shuttle ride, yet has close proximity to a grocery store, restaurants and shopping. If there were more superlatives to add, I would. Loved it!

Amazing house in a great location

We absolutely loved Catalina Breeze. The house is incredible with enough space to easily accommodate our family of five. The host was very responsive, even when we locked ourselves out after dinner. The house is very close to Sabino Canyon and Ventana Canyon Golf Club.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and was very clean, well stocked, and organized. This was our first trip to Tucson and we loved the cactuses and mountains. We would gladly return. PS The Sonoran hot dogs are a must!

FANTASTIC Stay at Catalina Breeze

Our group LOVED everything about our experience with Catalina Breeze! The house is fantastic- we had 4 adults and 3 children and it accommodated us extremely well, it is a beautiful place. The pool and the hot tub were even better than imagined and were a huge hit! The pool was nice and warm for the kids to enjoy, even after dark when the desert temperatures cooled off quickly, we used it every day. We so much appreciated how well the house was labeled and with instructions. Communication with Ingrid was top notch and her efforts to accommodate anything we needed was the best we've experienced in any rental! We also very much appreciated the check-out process! We simply collected our things and left at the end of our trip. We enjoyed hiking and exploring nearby Sabino and Bear Canyons, Mount Lemmon, and Saguaro National Park. Nice golf courses nearby and good restaurants, this property is in a fantastic location. I couldn't give a higher recommendation for anyone looking for a great experience!

Perfect Spring Break

We just returned from spending a week with our two college-aged sons in this beautiful home. We couldn't have asked for better. Wonderful views of the Catalina mountains in the front, and a relaxing heated pool, sauna and real fire pit in the back. Every room was comfortable and well appointed. As someone else reviewed, we have stayed in rental homes since the boys were small, and we have never stayed in one so purposely stocked. Ingrid provided so many "little things" in the house for us to use. Fully stocked kitchen with numerous condiments/spices; coffee nook with enough coffee & tea to last a week, shampoos, soaps, laundry detergent, and more.... Everything was labeled and easy to use. Thank you Ingrid for your hospitality, we hope to return!

Wonderful Experience!

This property was fantastic, but it was the small details that truly elevated it. From the locally sourced bread to the plush pool towels, the coffee bar, and the thoughtful provision of slippers and spare toiletries, every touch was remarkable. The host was incredibly accommodating and communicative, ensuring a flawless stay. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we look forward to returning in the future!

World class property and hist

We have been renting houses on winter and spring break since our kids were toddlers - now four teens. This is without a doubt the nicest, most accommodating house we have ever occupied. The host, Ingrid, should teach a PhD level course to VRBO owners on how to set up a house for renters. Spectacular.

Above and Beyond!

Wow! Thank you! This has been the absolute best VRBO that we have ever stayed in! Beautiful, spacious house with extremely comfortable beds and furniture, and the gorgeous pool and hot tub. The hostess went above and beyond to provide every imaginable convenience and extras such as pool towels, personal slippers, Keurig coffees and teas, and spa-like creams and shampoos. We’re already ready to come back for another vacation!! I concur with my wife's comments above as would our four adult children. I would like to add kudos for the fire pit (and the immediate resupply of seasoned firewood), the cornhole game and the ping-pong table as well. Finally, our hostess seemed to reply almost immediately to any questions the arose. Highly recommended!

Five star in every way!

This is a beautiful property and possibly the best managed vrbo I’ve ever stayed in. The house is lovely. Great layout for a large group. The views of the c mountains from the front terrace and out the front windows are million dollar. The pool area is private and relaxing. The location is great. Less than 5 mins to saving canyon. 2 minutes to shopping. East drove to all Tucson attractions. But the management really sets this place in the next level. The owner is super responsive, there are loads of personal caring touches like a snack basket and personalized ideas on what to do while you’re there. I highly recommend and we would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Foothills Oasis!

This property had all the comforts of home and everything we could possibly need while away on vacation. Every little thing was thought of ( and more! ) by the host. This home is wonderful and relaxing! Great location close to hiking restaurants, and shopping! It was extremely clean and well-kept. The host was very attentive and responded immediately anytime we had a question. Would definitely recommend this property and will rent from them again if we are back in Tucson.

Amazing property, views, location, and host!

We had the good fortune to spend 2+ weeks in this fabulous home. I'll echo the other reviews - the house is beautifully decorated with every comfort; as a person who loves to cook, the kitchen was perfect and had everything I needed; we enjoyed sunsets every night, sometimes from the front and other times from the pool area; great location in Tucson. I could go on an on. And then there's the bonus of having Ingrid as your host. She was available but not at all intrusive. She has made it so easy to navigate in the house with the instructions she provides. And she went out of her way to highlight what was going on in Tucson while we were there, including the poppy bloom at Picacho Peak Park, which we thoroughly enjoyed and never would have known about. Overall, an amazing experience. Cannot recommend Catalina Breeze highly enough.

Tucson Gem

Sometimes the VRBO photos are better than reality.. but not with this Tucson Gem. Beautiful house and neighborhood. Well appointed from the bedroom slippers for all guests to the biscotti at the coffee station. Loved the outdoor grill area, the spa, and the master bedroom bathtub. Flowers and welcome basket greeted us, and host responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend!

An amazing stay!

We rented this property to spend time with our family and to relax a bit in a desert setting. Every one of us felt it exceeded our expectations in just about every way imaginable. The host is there to help whenever it is needed and leaves very clear instructions on how to use everything. It was easy to find just about anything you could possibly need, from kitchen appliances to bedding, large pool towels to games to play. The backyard was beautiful, as was the front patio/courtyard with its amazing mountain views. Each room had very comfortable beds and were ample in space. Plenty of TVs, a great breakfast nook with a coffee and tea bar, a large laundry room and a sectional in the living room we all want for our own homes made for a very satisfying stay. I could really go on and on. The location is great with shopping and restaurants nearby. You feel quite secluded even though you are in a neighborhood. Plenty of parking. It really had it all. I would highly recommend this home for anyone staying in Tucson. You will not be disappointed.

Arizona Homecoming Weekend Getaway

The perfect VRBO experience! The house was beautiful... clean, well equipped, organized & the host was very responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, 1/4 mile from a great grocery store, and the views stunning! The host went out of the way to think of everything needed in advance! Everything! We highly recommend.
