'Its good and clean'

'Pleasant staff. Adequate breakfast.'

'Great place to stay. Great hospitality. Wonderful views. Close to one of many Baguio attractions. Love the units, but it would be been great if there was a microwave or even a small stove and fridge. The on-site restaurant was wonderful. Staff at the restaurant were great in both services and hospitality. Overall excellent place to stay. Will most likely return to stay at this property when staying in Baguio in the future.'

'Goed verblijf voor een korte stop. Zeer drukke omgeving. Matige keuken.'

'Clean and spacious room. Nice buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Great location. But wifi is spotty in the room.'

'Conditions of room is poor!'

'I made a reservation for a room here. But circumstances resulted in a stay elsewhere. The hotel refused to refund my reservation advance. Very poor customer service. I tried canceling within two hours of booking the reservation. But the hotel still refused to refund. Horrible experience!'

'Magnificant building, beautiful location, friendly staff. The rooms are starting to be slightly rundown, for example the sliding balcony door fell out of its railing and the shower was not very warm. The balcony itself did not have any views and was surrounded by walls, but there are other rooms that have a nice view of the surrounding pine forest. No breakfast included but can be added for a hefty amount. The price is high, certainly if you consider the lack of breakfast and slightly...

'Excellent staff and cleanliness. Tasty and huge portioned breakfast. Just need better water temperature control in the shower as water gets either too hot or too cold without changing the shower knob position.'

'Convenient especially if it's for a big family/group, close to the stores and a few minutes walk to mines view park. Almost everything was provided except for personal hygiene, but conveniently there are stores around the area and even within the bldg, and there's also a 711 just a few minutes walk. The staffs are very respectful as well, highly recommended.'

'Laundry service was a little pricey but other than that everything was great. In room service for dinner with plates like Mahi-Mahi and Chicken Pesto Pasta were incredible. Breakfast from Opulence Cafe which had an American Breakfast. With 3 types of meat, eggs, toast. In room massage therapist available 24/7. Quiet, elegant, great location. Hotel staff is friendly. Rainfall shower head. Bathrobes, in room safe, in room iron, WiFi, and most importantly. KING SIZED BEDS!'

'This is a very old building and didn’t have elevator. Staff was very helpful and friendly and we upgraded to newer building across street with no problems. WiFi is only in lobby'

'Great location!'

'Neat hotel near the center of Baguio. All in all maybe not that special, but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are clean. For the price definitely worth staying there.'

'No free toiletre, not in the mid segment.'
