'Super helpful and friendly staff Found some of the food challenging at times but they accommodated my request for vegetarian meals It felt like a luxury stay'

'This was a great stay. Very modern. Location seems far from town, but is very easy to access via local train and very convenient if you want to see the Miyajima (there is also a ferry from DT to Miyajima). Onsen is mixed gender and provides bathing suits for guests. There is outdoor and indoor bathing options. The restaurant is one of the best meals we have ever had. A very special, multi-course dinner that is included in the hotel stay.'

'Japans hotelconcept: kleine kamer met alleen bedden. Uitrekende faciliteiten buiten kamer: douches, toiletten, eetzaal.

'The room is nice and the biggest we have had in Japan. It was very quite at night since there was only one other guest but on a different floor. Great free drip coffee and chill area downstairs. The self check-in was easy if you use the pre-check in option. There is no staff but everything is explained very well with pictures in the book that is provided.'

'Such a comfy hotel and brilliant location. This doesn't have a reception and cannot leave bags once check out '

'My boyfriend and I stayed in a private tatami mat room with very comfortable futons. It was a good location and they let us store our luggage before and after check-in. I will say though - we had to carry our stuff up 4 floors… which wasn’t ideal. The walls are so thin you can hear everything in the hallway as well as the bordering room. So much so that we could full on hear the conversations word for word, and some people were not quiet speakers. The staff was very nice and accommodating, and...

Ontbijt was prima.'
