'Location is a bit out of Dalat city but the property is excellent and the staff were great. We really enjoyed our stay.'

'We had a great stay at the resort. It is a beautiful place on a hill next to a lake. I enjoyed the scenery. You can walk in the resort near the lake and enjoy the view. They also have facilities for fishing, canoeing and having a boat trip on the lake. We did the boat trip that was for 20 minutes on the lake. The scenery was pleasant and you can enjoy the view. The hotel staff is very helpful and pleasant. Even during breakfast they made for use a fresh vegetable meal with noodles, because we...

'Very nice '

'Funny and cute for a short stay but not comfortable for multiple days. Bed was small for two and short for non-Asians if over 180cm. Very humid and somewhat dusty/smelly. Bathrooom too small to stand in the shower or move around. Water didn't drain properly after shower which made it problematic to use the bathroom hours after. Overall very small so you better not have lots of luggage. Reception was not available during our 3 fay stay, except at check in and check out (we got extra water which...

'Staying at this property was a good decision. The property is very well maintained. The staff was very tentative to our needs at a moments notice. The dining options were good as well.'

'Wonderful landscaping and views, beautiful architecture, friendly staff, and great coffee shop up the street. Nice place to stay if you’re in da lat and don’t mind a hill.'

'Details to improve. Room is good except minor issues like plugs are damaged. Washroom need some works dirty grout lines and exhaust fan not doing much.'

'My credit card was used fraudulently. I reported the issue, but they wouldn't help me.'

'Property very old. AI pics which is not true. Staff never respond to Expedia messages and charged me for arriving 90mins early to access a room which was vacant. Buffet is terrible and would not recommend. We ended up cutting our stay short as very poor hotel.'

'Hinestly is an amazing room, perfect for romantic weekend'
