« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« Owner was training a front associate which he was being abrasive with , my upgrade charge was 57$ to a way worse room which had stained lamp shades - beds needed to changed - staff was rude hung up on me from the direction of the owner not supervisor- not pet friendly- if your passing through and need a dirty place to sleep and do not care about rude staff and owner feeling entitled because he doesn’t have respect but there to stay occupied to make make a living stay - try it out »

« I was very disappointed with our stay. The staff wa super nice but the breakfast was not up to the usual Home2Suites standard. If I had been able to eat a biscuit I might have broken a tooth. We went to breakfast around 8 so it shouldn’t have been “the last ones”. No waffles? Just disappointing. »

« The room was dirty. The bathroom floors were not cleaned in awhile. The ceiling was dusty from the A/C vents. The shower floor was filthy. Parts of the shower were broken. In addition, the water glasses in the room had dirt inside. The elevator was not working during our stay so we had to use the stairs to transport our luggage. We stayed there out of necessity. We had very little options. »

« I booked a first-floor room through Expedia, but when I arrived at Red Roof Inn Dothan they put me in a completely different room on the second floor that I did not book.
