'Every amenity was provided! The outside of the house is appealing but the inside will surprise you with beautiful woodwork and farmhouse fixtures! The beds are heavenly to sleep on and the AC cools the large space incredibly well! We had the best time ever!'

'The getaway cottage was exactly as advertised. It was the perfect size for the two of us, and had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. It was a short walk to the dock. Mike met us at the property for a quick tour, then left us to enjoy their beautiful property. We plan on making a trip back sometime next year.'

'My sister and her 2 kids along with myself and my two kiddos were lucky enough to enjoy good family time together over Easter weekend. We had the BEST time, the river level was up but that certainly didn't stop us from enjoying it, so dont let that detour you. It was SUPER clean, peaceful, quiet and had everything you could possibly need. My sister and I loved this home and look forward to visiting again soon.💙'

'Location was the primary attraction. We were in town for a family holiday within close proximity to the rental. The tiny house has everything you need to feel at home. We slept well. Enjoyed coffee on the deck. Watched the river slip by.'

'The location was great but there was 3 miles of dirt road required to reach out. Property was in a good spot but land was not cared for. Property owners did not have house ready for check in on time—was about an hour late. This late check in was only exasperated due to a broken light in the living room. In addition to this broken light, were missing cabinets, a broken microwave handle, dirty silverware, a missing supply of soaps, towels, or other necessities, lack of any dining room table, etc....

'I had a great stay at the Coppertop. Myself and my brother paddled nearly 20 miles in two days from this location at the confluence of the Ichnetuckee and Sante Fe Rivers. The house is in good condition and had all the things we needed to make it a great trip.'

'We have stayed at margaritaville once before we really enjoy the property and cabin! Unfortunately the River was flooded and the kayaks weren’t in the best condition for such an intense River. Over all we had a blast. The second floor was perfect for the teenage boys to have some privacy and fun. We had everything we need to have awesome family dinners and our pets we’re safe and in heaven!'
