This nice and cosy apartment is located on the ground floor, giving on a little dead-end street and a courtyard, consists of a living space of 40 sq. m and includes :
- a bright South-exposed living room,
- a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed,
- an open well-equipped kitchen (toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge),
- a bathroom with shower,
- vacuum cleaner, hairdryer, ironing equipment,
- TV and Wi-Fi.

Please note that the toilets are private but located outside the flat.
