Very nice resort, we really enjoyed, but bad Wifi
What a great place! Nice breakfast, we were offered free lunch, which was very nice and the free watersport-facilities were lovely! Enough for everybody. The resort is comfortable and well organised. All the staff know their job very well and don't bother you with too much questions. Checkin went smooth, checkout also but an unfriendly lady doing 3 things at the same time without a smile. That's too bad. One very very negative thing: as CEO I had to work a bit in the night so the Wifi was very important to me, but the Wifi was very slow und unstable. Totally unaccaptable for a resort like this, in a price-category like this. If the Wifi was good, I would rate it 10/10!

We had a lovely stay, however we booked the room using the honeymoon option on Expedia. We assumed this meant all inclusive, as if you selected the room saying “honeymooners only” it no longer gave you the option to add all inclusive as it did on the other rooms. We were very disappointed to find this was not the case on arrival. The hotel staff just told us we should have booked with them directly. However the hotel was beautiful.

Excellent hôtel
Notre séjour dans ce magnifique hôtel s’est très bien passé. Le cadre est paradisiaque et la plage est magnifique. Les activités marines sont un grand plus en plus d’être gratuites, on a pu faire du pédalo, tour en bateau fond de verre et du snorkeling et les environs étaient magnifiques. Tout le personnel était aux petits soins durant notre séjour, on a eu des bouteilles d’eau tous les jours en plus dans notre chambre et le nettoyage se faisait deux fois par jour. Le restaurant de l’hôtel offrait des thèmes de cuisine différents chaque soir et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Bref, on garde un très bon souvenir de notre séjour dans cet hôtel.

Établissement idéalement situé Cet hôtel a un vrai potentiel mais malheureusement à cause de la saturation de l’établissement le service pourrait ne pas être à la hauteur de ce qu’il est capable de délivrer. La plage et la mer sont magnifiques La qualité des mets est top Une équipe (partielle) dévouée à vous satisfaire Un 5* qui doit revoir sa politique clientèle pour prétendre ses 5 étoiles.

Hôtel magnifiquement intégré dans une végétation luxuriante - véritable jardin botanique - grâce au formidable travail des jardiniers. Les suites sont spacieuses et bien organisées ajouté à cela une salle de bain spectaculaire. Un petit « bémol » concernant le dressing un peu restreint. Fantastique qualité et niveau gastronomique dans tous les restaurants de l’hôtel Un établissement a recommander !!!

Hotel staff wasn’t so helpful or collaborative and in some times nervous expect Yeshta and Aly ….. I arrived to the hotel and was booking a Romantic dinner so I tried to push it from 7 and there was resistance till finally the hotel staff collaborated …. The AC in my room was broken for 2 days with repeated replies from the reception that they will send some one to fix it which came after 2 days of my stay after reaching out to the duty manager, also to be fair after this l, I was offered a room change but this is after 2 days of my stay ….. during check out I found that they added 2 invoices one for mini bar and one for a drink at restaurant with of 2210 MR which is almost 50 USD and I had to check this with the reception and ask for the receipts signed by me specially in the restaurant and they couldn’t find it so they removed the amount …. Please be careful specially with the final bill

Truly stunning hotel with beautiful rooms, an outdoor shower which I loved, great facilities, including a fantastic gym with all the equipment you’d expect, lots of complimentary watersports like SUP, waterskiing, windsurfing, etc. The food average and I didn’t like the à la carte restaurant reservation system as it always seemed to be fully booked out.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit freundlichen Personal und wunderschönen Strand. Leider ist der Strandabschnitt zum Baden sehr klein, da viele Boote vorbeifahren. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir ein gratis Zimmerupdate für unsere Honeymoon Reise bekommen haben. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber.

Excellent resort with great service and lots of activities included. Shameem and Ahmad were particularly helpful throughout our stay. 10/10 breakfast buffet with fresh crepes, breads, omelettes cooked in front of you etc. You can use kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boats etc. all free from the boat house while you stay at the resort. We were also given one free activity to pick from as a honeymoon gift (diving experience, free meal in the Indian restaurant or massage at the spa) Even when you check out, they encourage you to spend the day at the resort!

Nice beach, rooms seemed a bit outdated but still nice, hotel area has nice vegetations. Service was really good - really attentive and actually caring to solve problems. On the downside, the food in the restaurants is disappointing and there were tons of kids screaming and running around the beach and pool which made our stay less enjoyable (of course it’s not adults only so you know that but the fact that neither parents or hotel staff would ask kids / families to be more quiet was quite frustrating)

Voyageant toujours en 5* à l’île Maurice les suites seniors beachfront sont vraiment plus qu’à la hauteur aussi bien par les espaces offerts que par la vue mer extraordinaire. Dommage que cela soit gâché par l’environnement très bruyant des bateaux passant le long de la plage sonorisation hurlante et par un service perfectible.

The property is wonderful. We didn't go off property much (No need to) but the area around looked like typical Island community. We will go there again. The only issue we had was with getting reservations for the properties restaurants. They need a betteron-line system for doing that.

Tres bon sejour. Tres belles prestations Accueil avec rapidité et disponibilité ++++ Plage bars restaurants de très bonne qualité. Un jour de cyclone géré avec prudence et grand professionnalisme par tout le personnel. Chambres Tres propres bien tenues. Restaurants . Nice room, nice hotel facilities. Friendly staff, good food. I would especially like to mention that even with half board it is possible to eat in 4 different restaurants in addition to the buffet without having to pay a surcharge. This was not always the case in other hotels in Mauritius, which is why I appreciate it very much. As a tip for other guests: book your table for the restaurants right at the beginning of your stay, otherwise you don't always get a seat. There are a large number of tennis courts, the gym has modern equipment. There are enough sunbeds on the beach.

Hotellin henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palveluhenkistä. Huoneemme oli tilava ja hyvin varustettu. Ravintoloita oli useita, joten joka ilta ei täydy syödä samalta ruokalistalta. Hotellilla on pitkä siisti hiekkaranta, jota riutta suojasi aalloilta. Hieronta kylpylässä oli erinomainen.
