Listing does not show outside of the building, which is probably because it looks like a military barracks. There are large trash containers greeting you at the front door. Then a long flight of spiral stairs with no elevator to the rooms. Charge NOK 100 for “luggage storage”, which was only a water heater room.
Rooms are utilitarian at best. One small pillow per person. No soap for a shower. Chairs were covered in stains in both units. Blackout curtains were black velvet on which dust was visible and was enough to cause allergies. Only one side of the bed had a night stand. Staff do not respond to any communication we sent to them. We had no heat in one room and had asked for two rooms together and instead got the two furthest rooms possible. Several light bulbs were also out and/or missing which could not be taken care of because staff was reachable by text only and did not respond.
Overall the appeal of the apartment hotel is to have a place that is comfortable to hang out in and have a quick meal. You give up the common areas of a hotel for the space and simple amenities of the room. It was very hard to get comfortable here. The stained chairs were unsettling. Who knows what that is. There were no places for clothes and suitcases, just a small open air coat rack.
This was the worst accommodation I have experienced in many years. Would not recommend to anyone unless they are expecting conditions similar to a youth hostel.
