Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
I was fortunate to get a pool-view room, and it was truly beautiful. The location is excellent — walking distance to the beach, with convenient stores nearby, making the stay easy and relaxed. The room was clean, comfortable, and peaceful.
One of the highlights was hearing the sound of the ocean from the balcony. Birds would come and quietly share the table with us — unexpected little visitors that made the experience feel special and connected to nature.
The hotel has great potential to grow. The pool is lovely, and the overall environment is soothing and restorative. However, there are areas that need improvement. The front desk staff did not speak English or Spanish, and when I asked about the spa that is advertised, I was told they don’t have one. Once in the room, we also had to request body wash, which should already be provided.
Because of these details, I wouldn’t classify this as a 4-star hotel at the moment. I would give it 3 stars, with the hope that small improvements could elevate the experience significantly.
