« The apartment was really spacious, clean and well located. It was just a few minutes walk to the seaside boardwalk and only 15 minutes drive to the airport. Parking was right out front. The owner immediately greeted us upon arrival. Unfortunately, we booked this apartment for only 1 night because we were at the end of our holiday but we would have liked to stay there longer. »

« Our stay at this property was delightful! From the personal welcome to the details found throughout the apartment-it was apparent that quality was considered in each selection. The beds, bedding and towels were top quality. The open air terrance was so comfy. When we finely tore away from the apt. within a short walk we found a bakery, world class restaurant and even a bus stop for a trip into Spilt. We travel a lot and I can say - this apt lived up to it’s ‘luxury’ description. »

Die gemeinsame Terrasse war super entspannend, und wir haben auch den Pool genossen, Die Eigentümer waren wirklich nett und haben uns sogar von der Riva abgeholt, als wir ankamen, Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, also haben wir einige Mahlzeiten zubereitet und ein bisschen Geld gespart, Ehrlich gesagt waren die Sonnenuntergänge von der Terrasse einfach atemberaubend, würde diesen Ort auf jeden Fall empfehlen! »

« Seaview from the master bedroom was a nice plus. The location is excellent: There is a grocery store 30m away, beach 100m away, free parking, fully equipped kitchen. The bulding is a pictueresque bulding from what we'd guess 15th-16th century the apartment inside was fully modern. Had a pleasant quiet stay here. 10/10 »

« This was exactly what we needed for our one night in Split. The property seems at first like it might be in an odd location, but its only a block from the beach (with a cocktail lounge seaside), a small convenience store across the street & walkable restaurants. The room was bright & clean & in the midst of a reno. Its going to be really beautiful when completed!The host was very accommodating with our seemingly endless changes with our airline. »

I would have given a much higher rating but there was a sewer issue which the owner said was a city issue they couldn’t do anything about.
