Maison Juliet | Eclectic, charming and silent Suite

Welcome to the charming Maison Juliet, a sophisticated 70-square-meter apartment renovated in December 2023 and furnished in a classic-eclectic style. Located on the first floor (no elevator) within the inner courtyard of a building constructed in 1878 as the residence for affluent Hungarian executives of the Dreher beer factory, which was situated along the same street at that time.

The apartment is located between the city's lung, the well-known Public Garden, a destination for refreshing morning walks, and the distinctive Viale XX Settembre, the elegant boulevard where Italo Svevo was born and James Joyce lived.

LIVING ROOM:
The spacious living room features a sofa bed with a peninsula (with a mattress of 140x190), split air conditioning (cooling only), and a 55-inch Smart TV with the option to connect to your accounts on popular streaming platforms: Netflix - Disney + & more. There is ultra-fast 2.5 Gbps fiber WIFI connection, allowing you to use the internet at maximum speed.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen is fully equipped with an iconic Smeg fridge, a large counter with bar stools for dining, an oven, stove, kettle for your tea, Moka, and an Espresso machine with Bialetti capsules for coffee enthusiasts. Sugar, as well as salt, pepper, vinegar, and oil are provided to season anything you wish to cook during your stay.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet, and a 120x70cm glass shower box. A hairdryer, shower shampoo, and a few towels are provided.

BEDROOM:
In the bedroom, you will find a double bed (160x190cm), an air conditioning unit to cool the summer evenings, a chest of drawers, and a chair.

HALLWAY:
In the hallway, there is a desk for those who need to work and a convenient built-in wardrobe to store your clothes, shoes, or luggage.

LAUNDRY:
There is also a small laundry area where you will find a washing machine with some detergent and external lines for washing and drying your clothes.

In Trieste, there is a city tax of 1.5€ per day for all adult guests, up to a maximum of 5 days. Payment will be required on-site.
