The local stone pavement and the typical "dry stone walls" characterize all the outdoor spaces which also include a lovely canopy with sea view, a barbecue and a large parking lot with private parking spaces.
The property boasts a truly exceptional position because it allows you to reach the sea in a few seconds by taking just twenty steps counted. The entrance into the water is convenient and accessible to all. The position of the house also guarantees absolute tranquility and confidentiality while being able to reach all the services you need on foot, a few hundred meters away such as nice restaurants, bars, grocery stores and the marina for boat rental and more.
