The house is really few steps away from Marina Serra famous natural swimming pool, nestled in the Otranto-S.Maria di Leuca Natural Park.

The Terrace on the sea is a beachfront house, really a few steps from the beach. Everyone is welcome in our home, people all over the world can feel safe here.

The house is in very good position to visit Otranto, Gallipoli, Leuca and the many other Salento attractions,

WiFi perfect to work watching the sea.

The Mediterranean chic Design house has a floor made with precious hand-made cotto tiles that characterizes the double bedroom, the open space living /kitchen/ dining room (with double sofa bed), where you will find a beautiful terrace, with stunnig view for an aperitif or breakfast overlooking the sea.

In the back porch you can find the only shower of the house close by our collection of erbs (mint, basil, rosemay, sage) and a comfortable external sink.

Take a shower with privacy under the starry sky is unbelievable.

The bathroom has hand made cotto tiles that marry with white Mediterranean Style, and the sink is on a top unique in precious olive wood.

The whole house is constantly sanitized. In addition, mattresses, pillows and padded items are sterilized with Ultra vortex - UV anti-mite and antimicrobial system.

Nearby there is our organic farm and If you are interested , we can organize tasting class and food tours which will take you in our mill to discover the secrets of extra virgin olive oil.

Leaving the house, immediately on the left is the famous natural swimming pool (considered by National Geographic as one of the most beautiful in the world) suitable for swimmers of all ages thanks to a small ramp that facilitates entry into the water. Further on, near the 15th century tower, there is another wonderful inlet called "Acquaviva" for its underground springs.
Just in front of the house is the delightful former marina where access is easy and convenient for fantastic swims. Continuing to the right of the house you reach the "Lavaturo" area, where the sea turns turquoise.
In Marina Serra it is also possible to swim in the "Spinchialuro" cave, always a stone's throw from the building, it is a place to truly discover that hides an incredible and unexpected beauty.

The crystal clear water is a constant of the place, wherever you decide to dive, its extraordinary clarity will always catch your eye, giving you the feeling of being in a real swimming pool.
