« A beautiful relaxing spa hotel in Tri-Cities. Booked for one night and extended it by another it was just so nice we didn’t want to leave. Second night we upgraded ourselves to a high floor riverfront room but should have booked a suite. Staff were pleasant and were able to make the room transition easy for us. The man at reception the second day gave our son a cookie which was a nice touch. Spa and pool are really nice and hotel smells nice. The only thing I would say is that we found an empty...

« A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again »
