« My stay at Tru by Hilton was unfortunately disappointing overall. The biggest issue was cleanliness. The bathroom was clearly not cleaned thoroughly before my arrival — there was hair throughout the shower and corners, grime buildup, cobwebs, marks on the bathroom walls, and the toilet itself appeared visibly dirty and unsanitary. « Séjour passable je dirai. j’ai mis 4 étoiles car le bâtiment reste beau et d’époque et le personnel est très sympa et services voiturier et dans le hall de l’hôtel ++ mais j’ai hésité à mettre 3 étoiles car je trouve que les travaux de rénovation dans les chambres ne sont pas de qualité et fait plus pensé à un hôtel 3 étoiles qu’un 4 étoiles. Il est sur côté je trouve. La peinture et l’équipement de la salle de bain ne sont pas signé d’un hôtel comme celui-ci! Odeur d’humidité dans la chambre...

« Clean room. Bed was just ok. Breakfast was awful. Room was cold which made food cold. Biscuits were hard on outside but when you cut it it crumbled. Grounds in the coffee. Creamer was watered down. Eggs no taste. Saturday morning Breakfast ended at 9:30am. Way too early. »
