ISOLA APT is located in Ossuccio, a small, charming village on the western shore of Lake Como. One of Italy\'s most iconic places of peace, natural beauty and culture. It consists of: open space living with kitchen, terrace with lake view, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a second terrace with lake view. Shared swimming pool and parking space. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, TV, heating and air conditioning.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONISOLA APT is a flat located in the Residence Comacina, with an enchanting view of the lake and the Comacina Island. The Residence Comacina is a modern building, located in Ossuccio, one of the most picturesque destinations on Lake Como.

ISOLA APT is a modern-style flat on two levels.

On the first floor: large open space living area with TV and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and coffee machine. There is a double bedroom with French window opening onto the lake view terrace and a complete bathroom with shower. All along the first level is a large covered terrace from which you can admire the Comacina Island and Lake Como. A designer staircase leads to the second floor, which is attic level and consists of a single open space with a double bed and two single beds. Also on this floor there is a small terrace from which you can admire the lake. ISOLA APT guests can enjoy the shared swimming pool.

The shared pool is open seasonally from 1 May to 30 September.

The flat can accommodate up to 6 people, has Wi-Fi connection throughout the house, air conditioning, and a private parking space in the garage.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGISOLA APT has only one private parking space for one car. Other public parking spaces are available 700 metres away.OSSUCCIO & SURROUNDINGS Ossuccio is a small, charming village on the western shore of Lake Como. The village has a quiet and picturesque atmosphere, with narrow stone alleys, traditional-style houses and charming little corners that seem to stand still in time. The area is perfect for those seeking a quiet place, but also for those who want to explore the historical and natural wonders. The surrounding landscape, with its lush vegetation, is perfect for walking or cycling, and offers many paths leading to panoramic viewpoints from which you can admire Lake Como in all its beauty. A paradise for excursion lovers, thanks to the famous Lake Como Greenway.

In Ossuccio you can rent a boat or relax at the Lido.

There are bars and restaurants in Ossuccio, but no grocery stores. Please note that the nearest super market is called Sigma in the village of Lenno, 1 km away.GETTING AROUNDPlease note that the taxi service on Lake Como is not always reliable or readily available. We therefore advise against relying on it once you have arrived at your destination. We suggest evaluating alternative options such as public transport (buses and boats), renting a car or using pre-booked private drivers.

The bus stop is 160 metres from the flat, while the boat is 1 km away in the village of Lenno. We recommend the use of a car as the flat has a parking space. Easy to reach from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.

All guests are required to pay a tourist tax of €3.00 per night, per person.

In the cold season heating is an additional cost to be paid separately: € 13.00 / day.

It is forbidden not to separate waste as instructed, otherwise a penalty of € 60,00 will be charged.

According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest\'s personal identity document will be requested. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill in the online form that will be sent 7 days before check-in.
