The property was disappointing, not as advertised and difficult.We chose this property for the amenities and the accessibility. The pool and on site laundry being important. After arrival at the property we found out the pool was out of service, there were multiple flights of exterior stairs to get the unit and the laundry is outside the gate and down the road.The check in process and communication was extremely difficult. I reached out 2 weeks before our arrival to find out what the process would be since our party was arriving at 2 different times. I was informed that check in must be completed at their office in Como (30 min from property). After many messages, we were offered check in at the property for an additional charge. Then, the day of check in we were sent a message stating we could check in by videocall. Payment was also difficult-an international wire transfer was requested but not possible from my bank. A 3rd party was suggested but didn't work. After over 20 messages, I was able to pay with my credit card.Since the property was not as advertised, we requested an alternative accommodation. We waited several hours between responses. A few alternatives were sent, but did not have enough beds or the amenities necessary. In the end, we insisted on a refund of one night's charges.Host doesn't respond timely to messages. Property was cleanish, but shower didn't drain and no one came to fix it. Location is great, but for the price there are many better options.
