Right at the foot of the building, you’ll find the beach, granite boulders, the GR 34 hiking trail, and local shops (Le Forum is a 5-minute walk away, as are the restaurants). There’s a small grocery store, a Monday morning market, a bakery, a library, a seawater pool, and the beach—all within walking distance. Just a few minutes away, you can explore Perros-Guirec, the Archipelago of the Seven Islands, La Clarté, Ploumanac’h (voted France’s favorite village in 2015), Pleumeur-Bodou and the Cité des Télécoms with its adventure park, Île Grande and its bird sanctuary, and the island of Bréhat, located 45 minutes away.
