Located on Grand Traverse East Bay surrounded by the region's breath-taking beauty, this new condo unit is professionally decorated and located on the third floor with easy access to the elevator. Interior construction is superb and features beautiful cherry woodwork, granite counter tops throughout and a gourmet kitchen any chef would love.

The building is located on the beach where you can enjoy over 300 feet of sandy beach or just relax poolside or in the whirlpool spa. There are two barbecue grills available by the pool if casual meals are your choice.

If cozy winter getaways are in your future, you can curl up next to the gas fireplace after a day on the wonderful ski slopes in the northwest Michigan area.

Abundant and unique indoor and year-round outdoor activities are nearby. Traverse City is home to the National Cherry Festival, the wildly popular Traverse City Film Festival, one-of-a-kind shops, boutiques, restaurants and experiences. You may even spot a celebrity. Condo was completely stocked with everything we needed and was cleaned spotless. We stayed during the winter so it was really nice to have the fireplace to come back to. Chris is the best host you could ever ask for. She went out of her way to accommodate all our needs and is one of the nicest people you will ever talk to. Look forward to coming back!!

Hot tub was already closed for the season, which it hadn’t been when I stayed here a while back in the fall. The condo was beautiful and clean with stunning views and great location. 10/10 recommend booking! Just be aware of whether or not pool/hot tub are open.

The condo was extremely nice. It had everything we needed and then some. It was clean and well stocked. There’s a nice side view of the lake. It’s right on the beach. The beach is so nice that we could’ve stayed there the entire vacation, but we wanted to hike and see all the beautiful sites around TC. The only thing that could improve was the pool did not seem heated and maybe more comfortable mattresses. The owner was great at communicating.

It’s the quality that counts!

This condo was by far the best place to stay! I have stayed in many VRBO’s, but this one was top notch! The toilet paper, paper towels, Kleenex in every bathroom, gain laundry detergent and gain laundry sheets, soft soaps in every bathroom and the kitchen too! Everything was quality! I appreciated these things being not only supplied, but name brand! The place was a generous size condo, and suited us 6 perfectly! Super clean too! I would love to stay again someday. Until then, thanks for the memories and I will always recommend yous!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Chris gave very clear information. Traverse City has many wineries and microbreweries to visit. The beach area was nice to have available and would be very enjoyable in the warmer months.

Great property, clean, nice weather, nice views, unit was everything a person could ask for. The only negative review was the check in process. Keys are mailed to you prior to trip-however we never received the keys before we left for our vacation. Great communication with the owner and he arranged an alternative plan to get the keys.
