Hosted by Coastal Stay, welcome to Hamilton Place! This brand-new two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit in the Lakestone Building offers a bright and inviting retreat near the best of Traverse City. Light wood finishes, soft blue-gray accents, and crisp modern details create a calm, lake-inspired setting for families, couples, or friends traveling together.

Please Note: Pets are not permitted due to HOA rules. Quiet hours begin at 11 pm, and no unauthorized parties are allowed to ensure a peaceful neighborhood setting.

☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆
Both bedrooms are located on the second floor and comfortably accommodate up to four guests:

🛏️ Bedroom 1: King bed
🛏️ Bedroom 2: Queen bed

Each bedroom features a Smart TV and its own HVAC mini-split, allowing guests to adjust the temperature to their preference. Fresh linens are provided, and a Pack ’n Play is available for families traveling with an infant.

☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆
Two full bathrooms are in the unit, with one on the first floor for easier accessibility and the second bathroom located on the second floor. Both feature modern walk-in showers with glass enclosures. Towels and essential toiletries are provided for your stay.

☆☆ KITCHEN, DINING & LIVING ROOM ☆☆
The open-concept first floor combines the kitchen, dining area, and living room in one bright and comfortable gathering space. Relax on the sectional sofa and enjoy the Smart TV, or gather around the spacious kitchen counter for meals and conversation.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stovetop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and utensils. A high chair is also available for younger guests.

In-unit washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi and mini-split climate control are provided, and the unit includes a private ground-floor entrance.

☆☆ SHARED OUTDOOR SPACES ☆☆
Hamilton Place guests have shared access to the backyard and pavilion. The outdoor area features two fireplaces, seating for up to 24 guests, and two gas grills. A shared bike rack is also available by the parking lot.

Please note: Lakestone Building contains three identical units, and Hamilton Place includes four buildings in total. As this is a shared complex, occasional noise from neighboring units and common outdoor areas may be heard during your stay.

☆☆ PARKING ☆☆
One designated parking space is provided in the private lot. Please park only in your assigned spot to avoid the risk of towing.

☆☆ SECURITY ☆☆
Exterior security cameras monitor designated outdoor areas of the complex for safety and security. There are no cameras inside the unit.

Hamilton Place features 15 two-bedroom units across four buildings:

• Sagewood Building – 3 units
• Lakestone Building – 3 units
• Bayside Building – 4 units
• Dunecrest Building – 5 units

Depending on availability, groups can reserve multiple units within one building, combine two or more buildings, or book the entire Hamilton Place complex. Reserving all 15 units accommodates up to 60 guests—perfect for reunions, wedding groups, retreats, and other special gatherings! Contact us for assistance planning your group stay.

☆☆Accidents Happen — We’ve Got You Covered☆☆
We understand that sometimes small accidents happen while traveling. That’s why your booking includes a $250 accidental damage waiver, built directly into your stay.

If something minor gets damaged during your visit, please let us know right away. We’ll take care of it so you can relax and enjoy your trip.

Please note: The waiver applies to accidental damage only and does not cover intentional damage, missing items, rule violations, or excessive mess.

- Check-in/out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are available by request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

- Longer stays: Please be aware guest stays longer than 10-days will require mid-stay cleaning. Mid-stay cleaning fees are the same amount as the fee charged during booking. A weekly cleaning and linen/towel exchange is required for long-term guest stays, short-term guest stays may request a mid-stay cleaning for an extra fee.

- Payment & Cancellations: Please check the cancellation policy on your booking platform. Please note that even if you are eligible for a full refund and a free cancellation, a credit card processing fee will be deducted. Full payment is taken upon booking.

*Please note that violation of any of these rules is considered a breach of the terms and conditions of the rental agreement. The owner reserves the right to evict any guests or visitors who refuse to follow these house rules. The violation of house rules may result in deductions from the security deposit or other penalties.

Child Safety: Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

Safety & Energy Saving: Please close the windows and lock the door when leaving the premises.

Report any damages and/or breakages immediately.

Cleaning and Maintenance: Smoking or burning candles are not allowed inside the home. No eating or drinking in bedrooms.

Please do not wear shoes inside the house. Please turn off any electronics when you leave the house.

Visitors & Noise: No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 4 people. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Third parties are not welcome, and the place is for guests only. Quiet time after 11 p.m. Please refrain from making noises past 10 p.m. to respect our neighbors. NO FIREWORKS ALLOWED.

Pets: Pets are not permitted at this location due to HOA regulations.

Housekeeping: Daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We will be happy to help arrange additional cleaning during your stay for a fee. If you run out of clean linens (sheets/pillow cases) and towels etc., you are welcome to use the laundry facility to replenish them. PLEASE do not wipe any food, oils, or lotions on the linens. Please use the kitchen towels (paper or cloths) for their intended purposes.

We provide black make-up towels and cotton pads for removing make-up. If our other towels are stained or bleached during your stay, we will charge a $15 replacement fee for each towel.

Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager will not assume responsibility for illness or injury that guest(s) may incur while on the property. Property/Home owner(s), Property Manager, is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or property of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are assuming the responsibility of any harm arising from their use of the premises or other people they invite to this property (per owner’s approval). Owner has the right to ask guest(s) to leave the property if these rules are violated. If legal action is taken against guest(s), the at fault party will be responsible for all lawsuits/lawyer fees. Any violation of these rules could result in you being charged your security deposit and/or legal action taken. Call 911 if there is an emergency and then call the host.
