We asked for a vegan breakfast, and the staff, since they weren't sure what we would eat, asked what we loved and ensured we got it. 'Amazing and very cosy hotel. It only has 3 rooms but that is the charme of this hotel. In return you have a very relaxed morning with a good breakfast. They use fresh ingredients for the breakfast and they don't use sugar. The thing I liked the most (and I think that is also the nr1 reason to book here) is the amazing view over the Douro valley. 'Cannot wait to return to this place! It’s like getting a private look into the winery and the hosts make you feel so important from check in to check out. We slept in on the first day (knowingly missing the included breakfast time) but they made fresh breakfast for us any way without our asking. The views are outstanding!
