'My experience at this property was unfortunately far below the expectations created by its online ratings.
Breakfast is not actually served in a proper dining area. Instead, guests receive a small basket in the room with very limited items and no hot options at all (no eggs or cooked alternatives). For a hotel presented at this level, this is quite disappointing.
Even more problematic is the fact that there is no reception staff from the evening until 9:00 AM. During this long period, guests...

'From check in to check out seamless experience! Everyone was extremely kind and the amenities were amazing! Definitely have drinks at the bar and by the pool and make sure to grab dinner. Food was absolutely delicious.! '

'Nice, quiet hotel close to place Garibaldi where you can find good restaurants. It is easily reached on foot or by tram. It's a small hotel with small yet comfortable rooms that are renovated and have new bathrooms. Soundproofing of windows was good, of walls and doors relatively ok. It was the least expensive option in Nice yet still close to the center, with excellent breakfast, friendly staff and clean rooms. I was very satisfied and would return when visiting again.'
