Appartementen in Tramhalte Robiano

'The central location is a major advantage. However, the apartment is not clean, is poorly maintained, and everything in the kitchen is covered in limescale. The dishwasher is so clogged with limescale that nothing comes out clean. I had to thoroughly clean the kettle first just to be able to make instant coffee, as the Senseo machine wasn't working. Getting in touch with the host is supposed to be easy, but when you ask for a replacement Senseo, there’s no response...'

'Our stay in Brussels was great! The checkin process was easy and the property was just as described. We were able to walk to the city center and felt perfectly safe in the neighborhood. There is a bit of an odor, but I think it is just because some rooms are in the basement. The apartment has everything you could need.'

'Excellent location within close proximity to plenty of restaurants and shopping. The train station is a comfortable walk just down the street as well. The apartment offers a fabulous view of the neighborhood and is very relaxing and comfortable. Hosts were easy to contact and very accommodating to our requests. I would highly recommend a visit here.'

'Communicatie met hotel is zeer slecht, kon hotel telefonisch niet bereiken. Maar ben tog blij dat ik ben gegaan !'

'De ligging van het appartement is natuurlijk fantastisch. De inventaris is compleet.Maar er zijn wel problemen:De communicatie is matig, de locatie aangeven op de VRBO website komt niet overeen met de routebeschrijving. Het appartement heeft groot onderhoud nodig; De kranen lekken en de vloer is aan vervanging toe. '

'The flat is lovely and very clean. The location is excellent. The bed is very confy but the sofabed is not and the duvet needs changing. We would repeat the stay in the apartament for sure.'

'We had a very nice time at the appartment. It was clean. spatious and had every amenity we needed. The owners are welcoming and helpful when it comes to the appartment and Brussels.'

'Didn't receive check in instructions prior to our arrival. There were standard check in instructions advising that if you arrive early you can leave your luggage, however no details were provided. Contacted Expedia and they couldn't get hold of the host prior, 3 different agents tried in addition to the messages I sent on the Expedia platform. We went to the address provided and encountered the cleaner who put us in touch with the host. To when we found out you can leave your luggage at The...

'Pros: Location! A 5-10 minute walk to the city center and the main tourist area. Great spot for the price!Cons: Comms - We needed to reach out twice to request checkin instructions. However, once received they were easy and straightforward (we never received checkout instructions)Toilet - The base leaked a little (clearly this was not new but it was still functional)Dishwasher - This leaked quite a bit so we decided best not to use it (not functional)Shower - The shower head was not attached to...

'The host didnt even give us our place to stay and changed the place last minute to a far location'

'Location of house is about as good as you can get to the city center. Food everywhere as options. Taxis/Ubers can’t get all the way to house as you’ll need to be dropped off a block or two away from house. House was in ok shape and needs a little TLC.. Plenty of sleeping options. few more fans for the hotter days would be nice. We would definitely stay here again based solely on location. '

'Wow ! Emplacement idéal, a deux pas de la Grand place ! Bel appartement propre et pratique.'

'Very spacious and comfortable. Great location with easy access to public transportation. We would return in a heartbeat.'

'I was unable to check in because I did not receive any contact from the host on the day of my stay. Furthermore, the host contacted me on the day of my stay to say that the apartment was closed because he had made a mistake with the reservation date. This is a very malicious host. I have not received any contact regarding a refund. I am currently requesting Expedia to handle this.'

'Appartement très accueillant, très bien situé, très bien équipé. L'hôte est très sympathique et le processus d'arrivée et départ très bien géré. Un petit bémol : l'escalier pour accéder à l'appartment est très raide donc pas idéal pour des personnes âgées ou ayant des difficultés de marcher.'
